We created this website to showcase, celebrate and promote the equal marriage rights of those persons in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) community. Picture My Gay Wedding is essentially an on-line Wedding Photo Album celebrating the unions of Lesbian and Gay couples. We strongly believe that everyone should have the right to legally marry the person of their choosing, regardless of gender.

As recent as the late 1960’s, a number of U.S. states denied people from different racial backgrounds the legal right to marry. Without including legal same sex marriage, we feel that our Civil Rights are incomplete.

Through this site, our goal is to showcase images of loving Gay couples, with hope that soon everyone will be able to “Picture Gay Weddings”, and realize that the time for Legal Gay Marraige is now.

Personal Dedication

This website is dedicated to my beautiful, strong, loving friend A. Kevin “Kev” Narcisse. Kev and I were best friends from the day we met at High School Orientation in New Orleans, LA. We were each other’s biggest champion, confidant, and supporter. He accompanied me to the high school dance when my date canceled at the last minute, and I accompanied him to the “Best Hag” contest (which we won:-) He was the “Will” to my “Grace”.

A couple of years before I met him, Kev had been kicked out of his family’s home for being Gay. Above all, he wanted to be able to marry the man he loved and raise a family in a stable and “accepting” home. My sweet Kev died before he could live his dream. We were planning to walk each other down the aisle at our weddings. When I marry later this year, that space will be left open so Kev can be with me in SPIRIT.

With all my love, this site is for Kev, my LGBT friends and family, and all of us who believe everyone should be free to love and marry whom they wish.
